We are seeking a seasoned Talent Management Expert to lead our talent strategies across the EMEA region, with a specific focus on the media sector. This role demands a deep understanding of the media landscape and a proven track record in talent acquisition, development, and retention within this industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the media industry. Collaborate with regional leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure the selection of candidates who align with our organizational culture and objectives.
  2. Employee Development and Training: Design and oversee professional development programs tailored to the media sector. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
  3. Performance Management: Establish and manage performance evaluation processes. Provide guidance to managers on effective performance appraisal techniques and ensure that feedback mechanisms are constructive and aligned with company goals.
  4. Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees for key leadership roles. Create succession plans to ensure business continuity and the retention of critical talent within the organization.
  5. Employee Engagement and Retention: Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Analyze turnover metrics and develop strategies to retain top talent, ensuring a motivated and committed workforce.
  6. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the EMEA region. Develop programs that promote a diverse workplace and ensure inclusive practices are embedded in all talent management processes.
Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Talent Management or Organizational Development is preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 7 years in talent management roles, with at least 5 years focused on the media industry within the EMEA region. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent strategies that drive organizational performance.
  3. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in talent management software and HR analytics tools. Fluency in English; additional languages prevalent in the EMEA region are advantageous.
