Responsibilities

  1. Point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related matters in several EMEA locations (approx. 10-15 countries).
  2. Participate in providing a wide range of human resources services in a customer-oriented manner.
  3. HR support and administration: handle all administrative tasks from employee recruitment to exit process, including employment contracts, benefits, payroll-related operations.
  4. Enter and audit data in the HR Information System.
  5. Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, and records as needed.
  6. Follow-up on immigration procedures.
  7. Follow-up on benefits enrollments.
  8. Ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team.
  9. Contribute to EMEA & Global HR projects.

Skills

  1. Fluent in English, Danish, Swedish (French would be nice to have).
  2. Excellent writing skills and verbal communication. Building trusting relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, including facilitating effective communication across departments and other teams.
  3. 5-7 years' experience providing HR support in an international organization.
  4. Strong analysis/problem-solving skills and a proven ability to pay close attention to detail.
  5. Strong and agile team player.
  6. Solid experience with HRIS information systems; excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  7. Adaptability and multitasking. Thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tasks.
  8. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as onboarding, offboarding, operational tasks, and employee engagement.
  9. Project management skills, with the ability to implement initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
