Responsibilities
- Point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related matters in several EMEA locations (approx. 10-15 countries).
- Participate in providing a wide range of human resources services in a customer-oriented manner.
- HR support and administration: handle all administrative tasks from employee recruitment to exit process, including employment contracts, benefits, payroll-related operations.
- Enter and audit data in the HR Information System.
- Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, and records as needed.
- Follow-up on immigration procedures.
- Follow-up on benefits enrollments.
- Ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team.
- Contribute to EMEA & Global HR projects.
Skills
- Fluent in English, Danish, Swedish (French would be nice to have).
- Excellent writing skills and verbal communication. Building trusting relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, including facilitating effective communication across departments and other teams.
- 5-7 years' experience providing HR support in an international organization.
- Strong analysis/problem-solving skills and a proven ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Strong and agile team player.
- Solid experience with HRIS information systems; excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Adaptability and multitasking. Thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tasks.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as onboarding, offboarding, operational tasks, and employee engagement.
- Project management skills, with the ability to implement initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
