Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Location Manager to join our Denmark real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the real estate locations and facility management areas, including Herning, Brande, and Ølgod.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all real estate topics in various locations, including preparing, monitoring, and managing costs.
  • Contract management, including managing suppliers and vendors.
  • Space Management Awareness, updating data and writing presentations for the team.
  • Manage different stakeholders, including internal Business Units and external Landlords.
  • Manage minor projects related to real estate.
  • Handle internal approval processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in real estate or facilities management or a related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of finance (CapEx and OpEx budgets).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Competent with systems and capable of using new finance and purchase tools.
  • Motivating team player, resilient and responsible.
