Automation and Industrial Manufacturing Leader

We're looking for an experienced Automation Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk, where you'll be responsible for recruiting, nurturing, motivating, coaching, and overseeing the development of individuals within the IT and automation team.

As an Automation Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing the organization and providing a strategic vision for the organization while managing day-to-day support during the project phase and later during operations. This position requires your expertise in industrial automation and project management as you lead a team of IT and automation engineers and technicians.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, orienting, and training new members of the IT and automation team
  • Using your operational technology and process automation expertise to ensure the successful delivery of our automation systems
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders, external partners, and other IT and automation departments across the Novo Nordisk network
  • Continued team leadership and management transitioning from project to operations
  • Serving as a role model for the Novo Nordisk Way
