Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist

If you are passionate about sales and driven to build a career in this field, consider joining our Sales Development team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Our SDRs play a crucial role in driving the pipeline and identifying new business opportunities. They achieve this by researching and contacting accounts to schedule meetings that convert into qualified sales opportunities.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential customers in the Baltic market;
- You will stay up-to-date on industry news and trends, including the social media landscape;
- You will become an expert on our brand, business, and software product;
- You will work closely with the Account Executive team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue through new business opportunities.
- You will generate leads and nurture warm prospects to find new potential customers using various platforms;
- You will make an average of 100 outbound activities to prospects daily, aiming to schedule platform walk-throughs and initiate the sales process;
- You will manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps;
- You will participate in training and development programs.
- A background in sales or a related field with a passion for developing a career in sales;
- Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, and English skills;
- Motivation and determination to succeed paired with a positive mindset that enables you to reach your targets;
