Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of our ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certified management system.
  • Drive a safety culture by implementing risk assessments and workplace safety programs.
  • Ensure environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain industry-specific accreditations and certifications.
  • Oversee audits and reporting, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Enhance QHSE awareness through training and development programs.

Requirements

To succeed as our QHSE Manager, you will need:

  • A strong background in QHSE management within manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
  • Experience working with cementitious materials or in a cement supply setting is a plus.
  • Education in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001; auditor certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate, train employees, and drive engagement.
  • A proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and take initiative.
