Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage delivery of PI Data Historian, MES, and Infobatch reporting systems
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools to track project schedule, cost, and scope for IT/Automation Work Package Owners
  • Direct vendors and internal resources, ensuring completion of deliverables and maintaining communication with stakeholders
Project Management and Technical Coordination:
  • Revise and maintain the project plan and schedule
  • Collaborate with CSV resources to develop and implement Validation Project Plans for the systems, providing technical insight when necessary
  • Deep technical understanding of systems in use
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with FDBD site SMEs and end users to ensure alignment on project objectives
  • Review design documentation to facilitate project goals and requirements
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of project tasks
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent in large-scale automation projects in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Preferred background as a Technical Lead or Automation Engineer
  • Familiarity with DCS systems, especially Delta V
  • Hands-on experience with MES systems, PI systems, and Infobatch software
  • Solid understanding of batch processes, GMP, GAMP, and the S88 standard
  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Engineering
