Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect at Amazon, you will build and maintain technical relationships with customers of all sizes, serving as their trusted advisor to ensure they get the most out of the cloud throughout their journey.

You will manage the overall technical relationship between Amazon and our customers, providing recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency to accelerate their challenging projects. Internally, you will be the voice of the customer, sharing their needs and wants to inform the roadmap of AWS features.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Linking technology to tangible solutions, with the opportunity to implement cloud-native reference architectures for a variety of use cases.
  • Participating in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures.
  • Evangelizing and educating about AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, or conferences.

This role is within the Benelux organization and you would be working with Enterprise customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience within specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.

- Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.

- Bachelor's degree, HAVO diploma, or equivalent.

- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.

- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.

- Experience with AWS technologies.

- Cloud Technology Certification and fluent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.

- Experience with Manufacturing Industry.
