We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our ERP transformation efforts. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and other ERP solutions across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our ERP strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Design and implement co-existence and transition architectures for our ERP and SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, functional experts, and SMEs, to ensure successful implementation of our ERP solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including SI, SAP, and other technology partners, to ensure access to the latest technology and best practices.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our ERP solutions remain aligned with our business needs and industry trends.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices in our SAP solutions and processes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience working within SAP Solutions or other ERPs, with a strong focus on enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
  • Proven track record in defining and implementing co-existence and transition architectures, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and other ERP solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including SI, SAP, and other technology partners.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into measurable objectives and drive successful implementation of ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
