EC and Total Rewards Systems Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and implement innovative EC and Total Rewards systems for our client in the pharma industry.
EC and Total Rewards Systems DesignerThe ideal candidate will have expertise in Compensation and variable pay, EC to Compensation form integration, Publishing back to EC, Statements, Employee Central, Business rules, Role Based Permissions, Integration center and Intelligent Services, Knowledge on Odata APIs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing software solutions for EC and Total Rewards systems
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration
- Developing and maintaining complex business rules and permissions
- Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends
