TP Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Manager to join its dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization and driving standards across borders and cultures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT service desk operations, ensuring efficient and effective support for all IT-related issues. They will develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures based on ITIL best practices, monitor and report on service desk performance, identifying areas for improvement.

This is an opportunity to work in a friendly, curious, fast-paced, and diverse work environment where no two days are the same. As IT Service Desk Manager, you'll collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services and maintain and update IT service desk documentation.

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools, experience in IT support for Tier 1 and 2 issues, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English both in writing and speaking is also essential.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in IT service management is required. Certified ITIL certification and Microsoft certifications are an advantage. Skills in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages, as well as experience with Microsoft solutions such as Intune, Defender, etc., are also desirable.
