Facilities Operations Manager

The Facility Manager will lead a small team and report to the Director of Facility Management in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of hard-services professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Lead daily technical operations, service requests, and maintenance across our DK sites.
- Implement technical maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning in partnership with building management.
- Develop effective strategies and protocols to improve operational performance and align with regulations and global facilities standards.
- Manage records and documentation, including insurance plans, service contracts, and financial records.
- Ensure all permits are up to date and in compliance with regulations.
- Use data and analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas that can be improved.
- Develop and lead the "hard services" operating budget, optimizing costs while ensuring quality and service levels.
- Handle external hard services vendor/partner relationships, including procurement, contract negotiations, and performance evaluation.
- Implement sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop emergency procedures for DK facilities.
- Serve as project lead for facilities-related projects.
