Job Description

  • As a Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing global tax matters, ensuring compliance with diverse regulations, mitigating risks associated with international operations, and staying informed of regulatory changes.
  • You will evaluate, identify, and track global tax risks associated with vessel operations, analyze intercompany transfer pricing, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
  • You will also manage coordination and project tracking with third-party advisors, coordinate global income tax submissions, and manage indirect tax cycles.
  • In addition, you will calculate and summarize tax provisions for quarterly and annual reports, prepare and maintain internal SOX tax controls, and stay aware of global tax regulatory changes and their impact on the business.
