Cadeler A/S, a leading player in the offshore wind industry, is seeking a seasoned Global Tax Expert to drive our tax strategy and ensure compliance with diverse regulations.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement global tax risk management strategies to mitigate risks associated with international operations.
  • Analyze intercompany transfer pricing and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Manage coordination and project tracking with third-party advisors to deliver high-quality tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Tax Risk Management: Evaluate, identify, and track global tax risks associated with vessel operations.
  • Transfer Pricing Expertise: Analyze intercompany transfer pricing and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Manage coordination and project tracking with third-party advisors.
  • Tax Compliance: Coordinate global income tax submissions and manage indirect tax cycles.
  • Financial Reporting: Calculate and summarize tax provisions for quarterly and annual reports.
  • SOX Compliance: Prepare and maintain internal SOX tax controls.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Stay aware of global tax regulatory changes and their impact on the business.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years in an international finance or tax environment.
  • Higher tax or accounting qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Exposure to international tax systems, particularly in the UK, EU, and Asia.
  • Experience in coordinating and liaising with internal and external support.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and third parties.
