About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test and Commissioning Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our Validation & Commissioning organization, you will be responsible for planning and managing Test & Commissioning activities on complex railway signalling projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive T&C plans and strategies for ERTMS level 2 baseline 3 signalling technology projects.
  • Supervise the development and update of project T&C procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project planning, installation, and migration managers to define detailed planning for T&C activities and organize track possessions.
  • Ensure the T&C team adheres to established processes, uses the correct procedures, and employs the right tools to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage Test & Commissioning works in the field, including material, tools, documentation, personnel, access, and logistics.
  • Guarantee occupational Health & Safety for field activities, working closely with site EHS managers to develop EHS plans, ensure compliance, report deviations or improvement suggestions.
  • Correctly document and report installation or design-related issues detected during test activities using punch lists and defect management tools.
  • Predict and report progress, issues, and risks on a regular basis, anticipating potential challenges and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage internal interfaces (Installation, Project Engineering, Warranty) and external interfaces with Customers and suppliers.
  • Provide Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments and monitor performance for the project T&C Work Package.
  • Define, together with T&C leaders and V&C group manager, the allocation of T&C team members to activities and support the definition of the T&C team staffing plan.
  • Support training and competency development for the T&C team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to deliver high-quality results.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience, along with multiple years of experience in T&C or V&V activities for signalling projects.

You should also have experience as a team leader, excellent knowledge of English language (read, written, spoken), and be quality-focused and a team player.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €80,000 - €100,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
