Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Repair Operations Coordinator to join our team at Vestas. As a key member of our Global Repair Operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our repair business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and implementing corrective and preventive actions within New Repair Induction. You will also develop production documentation to fulfill requirements within documentation, drawings, specifications, routings etc. to develop repair solutions where critical to safety and quality are controlled.

  • You will coordinate and carry out specific projects and tasks within lean administration improvements, technical solutions, and Technology Transfer projects.
  • Task coordination, status reporting, prioritization, and communication towards stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Create and maintain a transparent documentation structure on SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Navigate cross-functional and cultural in a matrix organization, ensure overview of capacity and capability constraints, and create plans for improvements.
  • Assessment and audit to ensure sustainable deployment of initiatives as well as facilitate Lesson Learned and document Best Business Practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • User knowledge of ERP systems (SAP GUI and PDMLink are most beneficial for this role).
  • User knowledge of ECM (Engineering Change Management).
  • User knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint etc. and interest and skills within digitalisation and industry 4.0 methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High communication skills for coordinating and facilitating follow-up meetings and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken.
  • Driver's license B.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional development.

Your primary work location will be Videbæk, Denmark. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 5-10 days per year. If the above match your skills and qualifications, please apply.
