Strategic Operations Excellence Director

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Excellence Director to lead our operational excellence journey at Videbaek, Denmark.
About the Role:The Strategic Operations Excellence Director will be responsible for defining, planning, and implementing our Arla Performance System (APS) at the site, ensuring alignment with global roll out standards and ways of working. This role will oversee all site Operational Excellence projects, from planning and coordination to follow-up, ensuring they align with business goals and performance metrics.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the site's Operational Excellence strategy, including APS implementation and Lean initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and deploying process improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through workshops, training, and coaching.
- Analyze and implement digital tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain and develop a balanced scorecard and KPI framework to manage site performance.
We are looking for a results-driven professional with 8+ years of experience in engineering, dairy production, or supply chain management. You should have a strong track record of driving operational excellence initiatives and experience with Lean or Total Productive Maintenance frameworks.
Key Requirements:- Degree in production, supply chain, or related field.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and Industry 4.0 tools.
- Proven experience in leading operational excellence projects.
