Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our contracted site, including maintenance management, quality control, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage maintenance activities on-site, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to align with client objectives.
- Implement standardized processes and procedures for SLAs across the site/accounts.
- Ensure site staff are fully competent and effective succession planning arrangements are in place.
- Provide healthy and safe working conditions, ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practices.
- Implement control systems to ensure statutory, policy, and contractual commitments are met.
- Deliver customer-focused operational activities and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
- Proven track record in a senior or executive management role, including responsibility for product, culture, people, and business growth.
- Previous experience in Facility Management, Building Services, Maintenance Management, or Project Management.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively connect with subordinated employees, clients, and management.
- Excellent relationship builder with proven internal and external client management experience and good networking skills.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand financial metrics.
- Fluent language skills in English are required, with additional knowledge of Danish language a plus.
