Key Responsibilities
- As a subject matter expert, you will grasp business needs, success metrics, and user challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions, resolve business issues, and create exceptional user experiences.
- You will work within a scrum team alongside a dedicated product owner, managing your time and resources effectively with the software engineers.
- Your responsibilities will include investigating business challenges and objectives, user experiences, and needs, converting them into user stories, and ensuring requirements are detailed enough for the team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Your primary focus will be to ensure our solutions deliver value: enhancing technical energy efficiency on vessels, facilitating effective fleet performance management, and providing advantages to users—both at sea and onshore.
- You will assist the team with testing to ensure solution acceptance and contribute to the development of communication and training materials.
- You will offer third-level user support in domain-related issues and mentor Level 2 support teams, becoming a key resource for other teams and stakeholders.
