SYBO Games ApS is seeking a skilled Technical Director to lead our Central Technology team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving our technical strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals.
You'll partner with the Head of Central Technology to define the technical strategy, vision, and roadmaps that align with business goals. You'll also oversee architecture and processes across CT's domains, advocating for best practices, scalable solutions, and efficient workflows to support SYBO's growth and innovation.
As a Technical Director, you'll act as a mentor and technical coach to engineering teams within CT, fostering a culture of innovation, autonomy, and technical excellence. You'll also drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment of Central Technology initiatives.
We're looking for a candidate with proven experience in a technical leadership role within gaming, technology, or related industries. You should have strong leadership skills with a coaching mindset, empowering teams to take ownership and fostering autonomy.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role within gaming, technology, or related industries.
