Join Our Team as a Junior Financial Business Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Financial Business Partner to join our team at NKT A/S. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Plant Manager and local leadership team with financial transparency, deep dive analysis, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the junior Financial Business Partner for Plant Manager and local leadership team
  • Support the operational controller of Warszowice plant
  • Product cost controlling
  • Provide periodic reporting delivered on time with high-quality
  • Implement and facilitate standard processes together with local leaders
  • Drive Budget and Forecast process
  • Maintain and support the process of financial investment (Capex)
  • Coordination towards Shared Service Centre, according to SLAs
Requirements:
  • Master's in Business Finance, Business Administration etc.
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in a finance function and go for the next step in your career
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Query)
  • Experienced user of ThinkCell, SAP and BW
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience from manufacturing companies will be a pre.
