Job Summary:
NKT A/S is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller - Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our plant management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as a Finance Business Partner, providing financial guidance and support to plant management
- Manage operational controlling, including budgeting and forecasting
- Provide periodic reports on time, ensuring accurate and timely financial information
- Implement and manage standard processes, working closely with local leaders
- Develop and maintain financial models and analytics to support business operations
- Work closely with the investment team to ensure accurate Capex requests and overviews
- Responsible for the financial intercompany flow for the LHV cables
Requirements:
- Sufficient experience as a business controller or finance business partner in an international manufacturing company
- Understanding and experience in dealing with other departments (sales, operations, finance)
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and tenacious personality
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Czech and English language skills
