We are headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, with offices in the UK and Florida, USA. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Aarhus.

Your Role

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
  • Conduct hands-on implementation and onboarding of new customers to maximize system utilization.
  • Respond to support tickets from customers via our Help Center.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' unique needs, and proactively offering solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and drive upsell initiatives.
  • Represent Mobaro at industry events in EMEA, strengthening our presence in the attractions sector.

About You

  • You are a passionate and results-driven professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You have proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role within SaaS.
  • You have worked with or within the attractions industry and understand its unique workflows and challenges.
  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French being a plus.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and embrace freedom with responsibility.
  • You are proactive, curious, and eager to help customers succeed.
  • You are open to participating in sales conversations (e.g., product demos).
