Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team at KU-SCIENCE - IND as a PhD Researcher in Science Education. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge research project focused on exploring the concept of teaching science through nature connectedness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent research under the supervision of experienced academics
  • Develop and implement a research project that explores the concept of teaching science through nature connectedness
  • Collect and analyze data using a range of methodologies, including literature reviews, surveys, classroom observations, and interviews
  • Present research findings at conferences and publish in high-impact journals
  • Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources for science education
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Science Education or a related field
  • Experience in research methods and data analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Danish or another Scandinavian language
