We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Membership Localisation efforts. As a key member of our Global Membership & Personalisation Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving the localisation of our Membership Program across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a localisation strategy to adapt our Membership Program to meet the needs of key markets.
  • Lead the local market input process to ensure alignment with our overall group-level annual membership strategy and plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive localisation efforts and ensure alignment with our global membership goals.
  • Champion local market needs within our global membership & personalisation processes.
  • Support the CRM Hub with localisation processes for membership communication and offerings.
  • Provide toolkits and subject matter expertise to business units to leverage membership within their local markets.
  • Lead matrix relationships and partner engagement with country business units for membership localisation.
  • Build and foster a community of membership champions to support delivery on our overall membership goals and objectives.
  • Define and measure membership localisation performance indicators and provide reporting.
