Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Scientific Advisor to support our research and development efforts in human milk oligosaccharides. In this role, you'll be responsible for applying your scientific expertise to strengthen communication with internal and external stakeholders, scientific teams, and partners, as well as our customers. Your focus will be on elaborating the relevance of various scientific findings, including clinical trials, preclinical experiments, and literature reviews in infant nutrition, milk research, and associated fields. You'll also translate these findings into recommendations for applications and strategic development for commercial value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in science, ideally a PhD in nutritional sciences, microbiology, human physiology, or a similar field, and 3-5 years of professional experience. You should have experience as a scientist in R&D, clinical research, human milk research, or similar, preferably in the field of infant nutrition. Excellent scientific understanding, experience in study projects, relevant scientific publications in the fields of nutritional science, dairy research, pediatrics, or similar, and experience in infant nutrition are highly valued. Additionally, you'll need excellent communication and high presentation skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
