Job Description

This position involves leading the development and execution of marketing strategies across various product lines, including physical toys and social experiences. The successful candidate will be able to analyze market trends and customer needs, and use this information to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in marketing and innovation, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, and an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the toy industry.
