Job Description

This Senior Director leadership role offers an outstanding opportunity to craft how marketing planning and performance contribute to our success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering the overall vision and product strategy for Marketing, ensuring alignment with our global business goals and digital strategy.
  • Leading the enterprise-wide Marketing Transformation for LEGO Koncernen.
  • Cultivating a culture that encourages teams to be brave and curious, challenging the status quo.
  • Developing and championing annual portfolio objectives and key results (OKRs) for Marketing.
  • Building and driving the strategy for in-housing Marketing- and Advertising Technology capabilities in collaboration with our Global Media Activation team.
  • Driving alignment with senior partners across Markets and Channels, Product and Marketing Development, and Digital and Technology on product strategy and roadmaps to deliver best-in-class digital products for LEGO Koncernen.
  • Instilling a test and learn attitude across teams, running experiments to test ideas and hypotheses and capture data to improve or create new end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Evangeliizing product methodologies to all key business partners, bringing them on the digital transformation journey.
  • Representing Marketing with the other Heads of Product across LEGO Koncernen, driving our digital transformation, establishing a 'Community Practice' around Product & Design, and growing passionate talents across the business.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Marketing and Advertising technology in a global capacity.
  • Excellent partner management skills, navigating a complex organization spanning markets, global marketing, and digital + C-suite.
  • A self-supporting/starter but also standout colleague and multiplier for a relatively young team from a leadership perspective.
  • A strong background in building complex digital products and working with globally dispersed product teams; ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels.
  • A strong customer focus and ability to understand and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy.
  • A strong and mature voice in product conversations representing Marketing for LEGO Koncernen.
  • Seasoned in implementing innovation and transformation at a global scale.
