About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sustainability Reporting Lead to join our team at LEGO Koncernen. This role is a key position in our sustainability reporting process, and we are looking for an individual who can drive the Double Materiality Assessment process across all sustainability topics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Double Materiality Assessment process with support from Finance and provide recommendations to top-level management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison partner between Sustainability and Finance, ensuring seamless collaboration on annual reporting and CSRD processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with CSRD and ESRS requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Communication and subject matter experts to create compelling sustainability narratives.
  • Drive external sustainability measurement initiatives to demonstrate impact efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging sustainability reporting expectations and requirements.
  • Foster efficient workflows and clear roles & responsibilities within workstreams.

About You

We are looking for a Senior Manager with a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications in Program Management are a plus. Strong knowledge of CSRD and extensive experience in sustainability reporting are essential. You should have a proven track record of driving Double Materiality Assessments and excellent communication skills.
