We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support of administrative, financial, and communicative nature. The role will involve handling a variety of tasks with a certain degree of independence.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Conducting online information searches
  2. Coordinating projects
  3. Handling administrative tasks with a degree of autonomy
  4. Monitoring contracts
  5. Filing, scanning, archiving, and photocopying documents
  6. Assisting with other tasks of a similar nature and level of responsibility

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • You have successfully completed an advanced level of secondary education, preferably in administration, communication, or finance.
  • You have experience from a relevant field, and good knowledge of environmental issues.
  • You have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with databases is an advantage.
  • You have good command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in other official EU languages would be an asset.

Practical Details

  1. Start date: As soon as possible
  2. Duration: 20th of December 2024, with a possibility of extension
  3. Salary: kr. pr. hour / EURO pr. hour
  4. Location: Copenhagen
  5. Working hours: 37 per week
  6. Working schedule: Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
