About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Speak Up Associate to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Group Business Integrity, Cyber and Information Security & Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of Speak Up cases and maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage Speak Up cases from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and effective handling.
  2. Prepare and deliver detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
  3. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement best practices for data handling and reporting.
  4. Contribute to the development of internal procedures and toolboxes for Speak Up case management.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background, experience in data analysis, and a proven track record of attention to detail and analytical skills. You should be a proactive and structured individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
