The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's vision and strategy, driving operational excellence, and spearheading the expansion of innovative products and services across new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Develop and implement the joint strategy between Schibsted Danmark, Qasa, and HomeQ to drive success in the rental solutions market.\
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and scalability.\
  • Lead and inspire a dynamic team of professionals to achieve business objectives.\
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.\
  • Cultivate partnerships and business opportunities both nationally and internationally.\
  • Drive the integration and tenant monetization efforts with HomeQ and Schibsted to create a world-leading transactional rentals marketplace.\
  • Scale a proven concept into new markets, leveraging the strength of Schibsted Danmark.\
  • Steer towards a continuously improving product while enhancing monetization and user experience.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a leader in a fast-growing technology or digital company.\
  • Deep understanding of technological platforms and digital business models.\
  • Track record in developing and implementing strategic visions and scaling businesses to new markets.\
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.\
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\
