Job Overview

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing for our customers.

The successful candidate will have experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel. They will also possess strong analytical skills, adaptability to new IT packages, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the processing of contracts and oversee accurate, timely billing for new deals and recurring revenue.
  • Assist in completing month-end duties and check that revenue is recognized correctly throughout the month.
  • Calculate any network overages and suggest improvements to streamline the billing process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely milestone billing and accurate volume excess charges.
