About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Event Production to join our team at Management Events. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our event production team and overseeing the execution of our events and gatherings across the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Event Experience Managers to deliver high-quality events and experiences that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement event production plans, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management, to ensure optimal guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to deliver events that drive brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Curate innovative event concepts and formats to stay ahead of industry trends and exceed attendee expectations.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing event teams, with a track record of delivering successful events and experiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work with parallel deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities, with the ability to find creative solutions to venue selection and budget management.
