The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a critical thinking approach to problem-solving. They should also be comfortable navigating systems to provide the best possible support.
Key Accountabilities- Respond to customer requests clearly and comprehensively
- Meet our KPIs for response time, backlog, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate feedback and issues to the support team
- Provide feedback for optimizing our processes
- Resolve customer issues efficiently via phone and email
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Valid working visa in Denmark
- Customer-facing experience
- Experience with tech support or product support
- Phone and email-based support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in helping others succeed
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with customer service tools
