About the Role

As a Technical Client Manager at TradeDoubler, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with the sales team to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers
  • Analyze and resolve technical questions from customers and colleagues
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in the industry
  • Document client progress and any relevant changes

You will have the opportunity to grow your business by identifying new opportunities and working closely with the sales team.

Your Profile:
  • Results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and handle pressure
  • Organized and able to multitask across different requests and projects
