About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Night Audit to join our Front of House team at Villa Copenhagen. As a Night Audit, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, handling phone calls and emails, and preparing guest lists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and guest chat
  • Prepare guest lists and plan guests' stays
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure guest requests are followed up and followed through
  • Manage payments and follow up with guests after departure
  • Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues
  • Ensure good communication within the team and between departments

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
