We are now looking for an amazing Night Audit to our Front of House .

Requirements: 

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry You either speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to work independently A problem solver

Responsibilities:

Handling phone calls, emails and our guests’ chat Preparing guest lists Planning guests’ stay and following up with guests before arrival to ensure a seamless experience at check-in and during their stay Welcoming guests and being a host at check-in Ensuring guest requests are followed up and followed through Ensuring payments are made and followed up in a timely manner Following up with guests after departure Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments  Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as open restaurants to recommend to guests Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values
