As an Online Presence Lead, you will be responsible for transforming our online presence into a powerful growth channel. This includes owning all global Lunar storefronts, ensuring a best-in-class online user experience, developing data-driven strategies to attract and retain new users, and managing relationships with external and internal specialists.
Key qualifications include experience with UX and website optimization, knowledge of web design concepts, and proficiency in digital marketing tools. You will also be responsible for driving a test-and-learn agenda for online storefronts, developing and planning growth and data-driven strategies, and owning website budgets and KPIs.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize the online user experience. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external and internal specialists, including agencies and freelancers, and establishing new collaborations to drive a growth agenda.
