About the Role

The Rewards Specialist will be responsible for driving annual reward processes, including global salary review, annual bonus award and settlement, long-term incentive award and settlement in J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, and performance management process. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in rewards processes, ranging from base salary to incentive programs, and experience working with performance management and compensation modules in Workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive annual reward processes, specifically:

  • Global salary review in Workday, incl. planning, communication, training, reporting, and evaluation
">
  • Annual bonus award and settlement
">
  • Long-term incentive award and settlement in J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions (formerly Global Shares)
">
  • Drive annual performance management process, incl. planning, communication, training, reporting, and evaluation
">
  • Assume ownership for compensation benchmark data, incl. collaboration with external compensation data providers

About You

">

The ideal person for this position will have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Rewards professional, either in consultancy or corporate. They should be tech-savvy, able to work independently, and assume ownership for core reward and performance processes. The candidate should also be motivated by joining a Rewards team in the making and have the opportunity to apply their experience in creating the right set-up for DFDS.

Benefits and Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be around €60,000-€80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes a competitive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
