HR Rewards Specialist: Compensation and Benefits Expert

We are seeking an experienced HR Rewards Specialist to lead our compensation and benefits initiatives across Scandlines. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership.

Area of Responsibilities
  • Compensation Management: Develop and improve compensation and benefits related initiatives, including preparation of the EU pay transparency directive and conducting position evaluation for new positions through benchmarking exercises.
  • Bonus Scheme Administration: Support deliveries to our Remuneration Committee, including memos and analysis, and lead the annual salary review process and variable bonus schemes.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and conduct benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of our rewards offerings.
  • Reward Program Design: Design and administer employee reward programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, policies, and recognition initiatives.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in compensation, benefits, or reward management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary based on qualifications, a pension scheme, health care insurance, canteen, special days off, and various discount agreements. Estimated salary range is €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
