Job Title: QC Project Professional

Join Novo Nordisk's team as a QC Project Professional and play a key role in Fill & Finish production expansions, building a digital QC module, and accelerating its implementation across global sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact in the QC module for expansion sites and take ownership of project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation.
  • Support the IT/OT Expansion Site Lead in outlining scope, deliverables, and timelines for the QC module.
  • Coordinate and align with stakeholders' dependencies, change control, and execution of standards.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic & Computer, Information & Communication Technology, or similar.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working with the GMP environment is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of GlobalLims is not a requirement but will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, and communicating at multiple levels of the organization.

DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.

Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.

As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
