The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Strategist to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, community development, and content creation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals;
  • Creating engaging and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and promotes the brand's values and mission;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and messaging;
  • Analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and campaign effectiveness;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, community development, or related field;
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective social media campaigns;
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn;
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage audiences through storytelling;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
