The Job Description

This position is an integral part of our People & Culture team, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing our colleagues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a talent pipeline that aligns with our current and long-term needs.

Key responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process, from search and coordination to participation in interviews and giving test feedback.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for all Copenhagen and co-responsible for all internal recruitment activities at all levels from A-Z.
  2. Coordinate and participate in interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  3. Conduct advanced searches on platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and attract top candidates.
  4. Build strong partnerships with leaders and hiring managers to understand and support business area needs in relation to recruitment activities.
  5. Cooperate with our marketing department on our employer branding.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Hiring Managers, management, HR team, potential external recruitment partners, and educational institutions.
  7. Continue the existing focus on data-driven recruitment analysis and continuously implement new initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.
About You

We are looking for someone with a degree in human resources or communication and relevant experience in search, recruitment, and employer branding or recruitment agencies.

A strong understanding of online recruitment systems and fluency in Danish and English are essential. Experience with personality profiles like People Test System (PTS) is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, motivated by taking responsibility for projects and independent tasks.
