Job Overview:

The Vendor Management Assistant will provide vital support to our Physical Security Department.   • Assist in developing budgetary plans for the Physical Security Department.
  • Support financial data analysis and interpretation to forecast departmental costs.
  • Aid in administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Contribute to preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Participate in strategic meetings related to economic planning and administrative processes.
  • Assist in auditing and inventory control procedures.
  • Support the team in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail.
  • Advanced oral and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Highly independent with a robust capacity for handling multiple tasks efficiently and an organized approach.
  • Interest in physical security operations is advantageous.
