Job Summary
- You are a professional with a theoretical background in dairy science and technology.
- Your expertise lies in ingredient application within dairy products.
- You have experience working independently, as well as collaborating within large organizations to achieve common business objectives.
- Proficiency in trial planning, follow-up, and communication skills is required.
- Mastery of English for both written and oral communication, with additional language skills in French considered an advantage.
- Frequent travel, up to 60 days annually, is expected.
This role provides technical product and application support to our customers and sales organization across Europe and North Africa.
We seek a candidate with a Master's degree in dairy science & technology or food science and food technology, along with at least 10-15 years of experience in food ingredients application, preferably in the dairy industry or related sectors.
The successful applicant will join our EMEA dairy application team, located in Brabrand, Denmark.
This position involves providing technical support to customers in close collaboration with our sales organization and colleagues within the Dairy Application teams EMEA.
You will be involved in customer development projects and internal development initiatives, leveraging your knowledge of fresh fermented dairy products and plant-based alternatives.
A supportive internal organization will facilitate your execution of the role, encompassing the expansion of technical know-how and related competencies.
