About the Role

We are seeking an experienced architect to join our Data & Information Architecture team in shaping a data model that will be the blueprint for DSV's digital transformation. As a key member of our team, you will play a major role in creating, designing, and documenting our new data model.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information architecture, data modelling, and data governance. You will work closely with other architects and business SMEs to ensure proper alignment on the model and collaborate with our IT team to realise your plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document the global conceptual and logical data model, known as Enterprise Information Model.
  • Analyse business domains and processes and incorporate them into the data model.
  • Help socialising the data model through the organisation by presenting it to stakeholders and collaborating with development teams during implementation.
  • Ensure alignment with industry standards and the information architecture domain's best practices.
  • Review the physical data models and integration schemas, ensuring compliance to the Enterprise Information Model.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or similar.
  • Proven experience in information architecture, data modelling, and data modelling tools.
  • Understanding of master data management, data cataloguing, and data governance.
  • Certification in data modelling or information architecture is a plus.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €85,000 - €110,000 depending on location and experience.
