Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med andre afdelinger for at forstå forretningens behov og understøtte med relevante kundeindsigter.

Om stillingen

Vi søger en erfaren Customer Insights Analytiker, der har styr på både kvantitative og kvalitative research metodologier samt basal statistik. Du skal kunne arbejde selvsikkert i Excel med både databehandling, -analyse og -visualisering. Hvis du har erfaring med SurveyXact er det et plus.

Hvad kræves
  • Kandidatgrad inden for fx marketing, erhvervsøkonomi eller lignende
  • Minimum 2 års erfaring med dataanalyse og kundeindsigter
  • Stærk analytisk sans og god forståelse for forskellige metoder
