Vi søker en motivert og analytisk Customer Insights Manager. Som Customer Insights Manager jobber du med å innhente innsikt om annonsekundene våre, analysere kvalitative og kvantitative data og omgjøre dette til anbefalinger for å forbedre kundeopplevelsen, forhindre churn og sikre lojalitet blant våre annonsekunder. Rollen sitter i teamet Customer Success som tilhører funksjonen Customer Success & Digital Activation i Schibsted Marketing Services. I Customer Success & Digital Activation har vi som mål å vokse og bevare annonseinntekter i SMB segmentet og skape en førsteklasses kundeopplevelse. Du vil i all hovedsak jobbe mot SMB segmentet, men også ha ansvar for oppsett og gjennomføring av kundeundersøkelser for alle våre annonsekunder.
For å ha suksess i rollen kreves det en grunnleggende forståelse for kundeatferd, dataanalyse, kunde- og markedsundersøkelser, samt en stor interesse for å lære og utvikle seg.
Ansvarsområder
- Samle inn og analysere kundedata fra ulike kilder som spørreundersøkelser, kundetilbakemeldinger, og andre relevante datakilder.
- Utvikle rapporter og innsikter som kan brukes til å forbedre kundeopplevelsen, forhindre churn og sikre lojalitet.
- Bidra til utviklingen av kundesegmenter og anbefalte aktiviteter mot disse, basert på innsikt og data.
- Samarbeide med markedsførings- og resten av Customer Success teamet for å identifisere nye muligheter for kundelojalitet og engasjement.
- Aktivt bidra med anbefaling og utforming av aktiviteter og prosesser for å redusere churn-risiko i kundesegmenter med høy risiko og verdi, samt overvåke implementering av aktiviteter, prosess og tiltak.
- Jobbe tett med salgs-, markedsførings- og produktteam for å sikre en helhetlig kundeopplevelse på tvers av avdelinger.
Vi tror du har:
- Relevant utdanning innen markedsføring, forretningsanalyse, økonomi eller beslektet felt.
- 1-2 års erfaring i en lignende rolle eller gjennom praksisplass, deltidsarbeid eller prosjekter.
- Grunnleggende kunnskap om dataanalyseverktøy som Excel, PowerBI, Tableau eller lignende.
- Sterke analytiske ferdigheter og evne til å trekke ut verdifull innsikt fra data.
