Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our Nordic Retail Group team in Denmark. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy by securing and developing existing key accounts, as well as building new customers and distribution networks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Key Account Management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with regional key accounts by being the main point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of their business, goals, and challenges to effectively anticipate and meet their needs.
Sales Growth
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Account Planning
  • Develop comprehensive account plans that outline strategies for account growth, relationship building, and sales targets.
  • Continuous evaluation and plans adjustment to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of the key accounts.
Negotiations and Contract Management
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewal discussions with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are structured appropriately and meet both the client's and the company's objectives.
Market and Competitor Analysis
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and create value propositions that differentiate our products and services.

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of relevant key account management experience, gained within the automotive aftermarket market and/or consumer retail industry, including sales management, direct customer responsibility, contract negotiations, international markets strategy development.
